When you exceed the limits of your chosen plan we will charge you the overage rate to the nearest thousand customer records. Every thousand customer records also includes 5,000 extra emails and 80,000 extra events.
We will not automatically move you between plans, as each plan contains different features. If your usage has permanently increased, it may make sense to move up to the next tier to reduce your overall costs.
We will notify you (via email) when you cross the thresholds of your chosen plan. Administrators can view your current usage from the Billing dashboard within your Vero account.

In Vero, sub-accounts are called Projects. Each project is it's own dedicated space with a standalone database, API keys, and campaigns. In other words, it’s like having two or more Vero accounts that you can easily switch between.
We do not charge for access to multiple projects and you are billed for the total usage across all projects in your account, not on a project-by-project basis.
If you’re an agency, you may also use projects to manage multiple clients.
