The Refiner and Vero integration enables you to do two powerful things:
Embed surveys in Vero campaigns: You can embed Refiner surveys directly into your Vero email and messaging campaigns. This allows you to leverage Vero's existing messaging templates and segmentation while delivering surveys that feel native to your messaging workflows. When users interact with embedded surveys, they're automatically identified through Vero personalization fields.
Sync survey data to Vero: Refiner can automatically sync survey interaction events and response data to your Vero account. This enables you to trigger Vero campaigns based on survey interactions, segment audiences using survey responses, and update Vero user profiles with traits derived from survey answers.
By combining Refiner's survey capabilities with Vero's messaging platform, you can create a complete feedback loop—collecting customer insights and immediately using that data to personalize and improve your customer engagement.
