  • What happens if I go over the usage limits on my chosen plan?

    When you exceed the limits of your chosen plan we will charge you the overage rate to the nearest thousand user records. Every thousand user records also includes 5,000 extra emails and 80,000 extra events.

    We will not automatically move you between plans as usage can fluctuate each plan contains different features. If your usage has permanently increased it makes sense to move up to the next tier to reduce your overall costs.

    We will notify you via email when you cross the thresholds of your chosen plan. Administrators can view your current usage from the Billing dashboard within your Vero account.

  • What support does Vero provide?

    Our global support team is on hand to help 24 hours a day, six days a week. We have dedicated support team members in Australia, Europe, and the USA. Our email support has a customer satisfaction rating of over 98%.

    We also provide priority and chat support for customers on our Enterprise plans. This is designed to ensure those customers with mission-critical messaging have access to support 24/7.

  • Can I pay annually?

    Absolutely. We offer a 10% discount when you subscribe to an annual plan. You can view our annual plans in the pricing table above.

  • Does Vero offer sub-accounts / sub-projects?

    In Vero, sub-accounts are called Projects. Each project is a dedicated workspace with a standalone database, API keys, and campaigns. In other words it’s akin to having two or more Vero accounts that you can easily switch between.

    We do not charge for access to multiple projects and you are billed for the total usage across all projects in your account, not on a project-by-project basis.

    If you’re an agency, you may also use projects to manage multiple clients.

  • Does the data I send Vero belong to me?

    The data you send to us always belongs to you. Vero collects and processes all data securely, in accordance with legislation, including the EU GDPR. You can export or request us to remove your data at any time. Read our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice for more details.
