Using dynamic content you can personalize your email and push notifications to create more relevant and engaging customer experiences. With Vero, you can use the Liquid templating language, and it’s full support for dynamic content to personalize your messages.
Liquid offers a huge amount of flexibility to customize the data you already send to Vero, and it often saves you from syncing additional data to your Vero account – helping you keep things simple, tidy and easy to keep track of. It means you can send data to Vero in exactly the format it’s tracked, and easily transform it at the message level to create the most relevant content for your customers.
To help you get started with Liquid, we’ve released a guide to personalizing emails and push messages using Liquid. You may already be a pro with Liquid, but it might come in handy as a quick reference or to share with new team members, to help them get up to speed.
The Liquid guide gives you:
- An intro to Liquid and how it works
- A summary of the most commonly used Liquid tags and filters for email and push messages
- Examples of how you can use Liquid
- Vero-specific Liquid shortcodes
It’s just the top level stuff for now, but we’ll continue to add more advanced Liquid functions and examples to the guide over the next few weeks.
Let us know if you have any suggestions or examples that you’d like us to cover in our next update.
Check out the guide and improve your customers’ experience today.
